Remote Witnessing of Tennessee Wills and Powers of Attorney

Today Governor Bill Lee signed Executive Order No. 26 authorizing the remote witnessing of Wills and Powers of Attorney in Tennessee by video and audio conferencing. The Tennessee Bar Association worked hard to accomplish this for our Tennessee residents. Our office will be using Zoom to witness and notarize Wills and Powers of Attorney for our clients starting Monday, April 13th. We are grateful to have this service to offer to our clients who have a need to get these important legal instruments.
